• Early Pricing Ends. To secure Early Pricing, you must pay a 25% deposit per person by this date.
• Deposits made after November 1 will confirm reservations for your group if space is available.
• All deposits and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
January 10:
• $59 Per Person Pricing Ends. To secure your $59 per person, you must pay deposits by this date. Deposits are 25% of your price per person.
• Deposits made after January 10 will confirm reservations for your group if space is available and the published price for camp.
• All deposits and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Beyond January 10:
• Full Pricing ($69 per person) Runs from January 10th through the event start date.
14 days Prior to Your Event Date:
Your remaining balance for your entire group is due. This is also the deadline to ship your armbands and your DNOW resources if you are doing the DNOW Conference Option.
