Josh serves as an Event Director for GENERATE by YM360. From Fort Worth, TX, he is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (Baptize 'em Tigers!) where he was involved in ministry both on and off campus. Josh served on the GENERATE staff for two summers before joining the team full-time in 2023. Josh is passionate about equipping youth ministers to foster meaningful relationships with their students. When Josh is not in the office he enjoys all things sports, traveling the world, trying new foods, and pulling practical jokes on those closest to him.

Sarah Kate serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She grew up in Anniston, AL, and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she is now pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Before joining YM360, she served as a college intern at her local church, studied abroad in the Netherlands, and spent her summers serving at camps. SK loves being able to take care of the details so Youth Ministers can focus on reaching students and building relationships. She also has a passion for seeing students and summer staff use their unique gifts to serve others. In her free time, SK enjoys traveling, taking frequent trips to Publix, and spending time with friends.

Haley serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. As a student, she became a Christ-follower at a summer camp much like GENERATE. Haley has served in different student ministry roles since 2015 and is passionate about building intentional relationships for the Gospel. She desires for students to take their relationship with God deeper and deeper in order that they would be an active participant in taking Jesus to the ends of the earth. Haley is a graduate of UAB and loves the city of Birmingham which she grew up in. When she’s not serving at YM360, Haley enjoys all things music, Mexican food, coffee shops, and hanging out with family and friends.

Caleb serves as an Event Director for GENERATE by YM360. Originally from Peachtree City, Georgia, Caleb is finishing his Senior year at Samford University where he is involved with the Office of Spiritual Life as well as a leader in the Greek Life community. After serving a Summer with GENERATE as a CONNECT Director, he fell in love with the Christ Centered mission of YM360 and wanted to be a part of it throughout the year. Caleb is passionate about spreading the Gospel and the ability to serve disciples, as well as disciple-makers. In his free time, Caleb loves to watch movies, listen to “super old music” as 1 of his 5 sisters says, or play a round of golf.

Rayelin serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. From Louisiana she is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University (Lion Up!) where she served in College Ministry leadership and was heavily involved in student discipleship and local church ministries. Rayelin served on the GENERATE Summer staff for two summers and joined the YM360 family full-time with a passion to equip Youth Ministers and churches to build relationships to share the gospel with students and deepen those relationships through discipleship. She serves as a small group leader of 11th Grade Ladies at her local church. When she’s not on the road with GENERATE you can find Rayelin at a local coffee shop, hiking, antiquing, or spending time with those she loves!

Will serves as an Event Director with GENERATE. Throughout his time at Samford University, he had the opportunity to serve on staff with multiple churches in intern roles and as a Youth Director. He has a strong passion for reaching students with the Gospel, as well as serving youth leaders and volunteers who invest in students year-round. After serving on staff at GENERATE during the summer of 2021, he fell in love with the Gospel centered community that makes up YM360. He is currently studying to get his Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Seminary as he works with YM360. He is a real-life Florida man, eats Mexican food almost daily, and spends every Saturday in the fall watching Alabama football. Roll tide."

Marlee serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She is from Brookhaven, MS and finishing her senior year at Mississippi College where she is involved in a Social Organization and Residence Life. Marlee served with GENERATE three summers after being a camper at GENERATE for many years. Marlee has a passion to serve youth ministers and students because of the impact camp has had on her life. She has a love of seeing the Gospel shared with students every week at camp and seeing their lives forever changed. In her free time Marlee enjoys going to coffee shops, watching movies and eating Mexican with her friends.
