Jackson serves as an Event Director for Generate by YM360. Jackson was born and raised in Greenville, AL. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Jackson also served on GENERATE staff for one summer as a Production Director. Over the last five years and working at various camp & student ministries he has loved seeing God work through staff and in the lives of students. In his free time you will find him watching Formula 1 or any kind of racing really, playing pickleball, working out, or playing bass guitar.

Sarah Kate serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She grew up in Anniston, AL, and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she is now pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. Before joining YM360, she served as a college intern at her local church, studied abroad in the Netherlands, and spent her summers serving at camps. SK loves being able to take care of the details so Youth Ministers can focus on reaching students and building relationships. She also has a passion for seeing students and summer staff use their unique gifts to serve others. In her free time, SK enjoys traveling, taking frequent trips to Publix, and spending time with friends.

Haley serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. As a student, she became a Christ-follower at a summer camp much like GENERATE. Haley has served in different student ministry roles since 2015 and is passionate about building intentional relationships for the Gospel. She desires for students to take their relationship with God deeper and deeper in order that they would be an active participant in taking Jesus to the ends of the earth. Haley is a graduate of UAB and loves the city of Birmingham which she grew up in. When she’s not serving at YM360, Haley enjoys all things music, Mexican food, coffee shops, and hanging out with family and friends.

Heath serves as an Event Director at YM360. He graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and worked as an EMT after college before coming to work at the office. Heath's saga with GENERATE began in 2018, where he served as a Lead Team Student before working 3 summers alongside the team. He has a passion for serving students, adult leaders, and Youth Ministers however he can. When he is not gearing up for camp, he enjoys to get active playing golf and pickleball, being outdoors fishing and hunting, and loves to cheer on the Auburn Tigers!

Rebekah Lynn serves as an Event Coordinator at YM360 and has been involved with GENERATE as a student and summer staffer since 2016. She is from Shelbyville, KY and is a graduate of Murray State University (shoes up!) with a degree in Public Relations and Nonprofit Leadership Studies. She is passionate about serving the local church through YM360 because of the effect camp had on her life growing up. In her free time you can find her exploring local coffee shops, hanging out with family and friends, or walking through the TJ Maxx and HomeGoods aisles.

Marlee serves as an Event Coordinator for GENERATE by YM360. She is from Brookhaven, MS and finishing her senior year at Mississippi College where she is involved in a Social Organization and Residence Life. Marlee served with GENERATE three summers after being a camper at GENERATE for many years. Marlee has a passion to serve youth ministers and students because of the impact camp has had on her life. She has a love of seeing the Gospel shared with students every week at camp and seeing their lives forever changed. In her free time Marlee enjoys going to coffee shops, watching movies and eating Mexican with her friends.
