Joby Martin is the Lead Pastor of The Church of Eleven22, a non-denominational church that was recently named “Third Fastest Growing Church in the United States” by Outreach Magazine. Over his 20 years in full-time ministry, Joby has served as a Youth Pastor for years before becoming an Executive Pastor at Beach Church. Through an unprecedented movement of God, he and a team of leaders successfully launched The Church of Eleven22 out of Beach Church in September of 2012.
Pastor Joby considers his life’s mission to live out Acts 11:24, “for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord.” His passion is proclaiming the Gospel and seeing lives surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. He is a graduate with a Masters of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond and married to Gretchen, who sings and writes songs, leading worship alongside the Eleven22 Worship band. They have two children, JP and Reagan.
